You may use this website for lawful purposes only. By using our website you agree not to:
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or decline enquiries at our discretion.
Any quotes or estimates we provide are based on the information you give us at the time and the conditions visible during inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may change if the scope of work alters, if unforeseen issues are uncovered, or if materials or access requirements differ from what was initially described. We will discuss and agree any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or via our contact form. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may charge a reasonable call-out fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments where access could not be gained.
We will carry out plumbing work with reasonable care and skill, using suitable materials and in line with relevant UK standards and regulations. We will do our best to complete work within any timeframe discussed with you, but timings are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as parts availability or unforeseen site conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of work. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a 12-month guarantee on workmanship from the date of completion. This guarantee covers faults caused by defective workmanship and does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are passed on to you and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to the areas where work is to be carried out. Please let us know in advance about any site conditions that could affect safety, such as hazardous materials, restricted access, or vulnerable occupants. We reserve the right to pause or decline work where we consider conditions to be unsafe.
We carry public liability insurance and will take reasonable care while working at your property. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our liability in relation to any job is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by pre-existing defects in your plumbing or property that were not part of the work we were engaged to complete.
